Enjoy the ride.

Pursue your purpose with a sense of passion, curiosity,awe, wonder and playfulness.

Lean to relax, meditate, and practice mindfulness.

Use a non-hostile humor. As Norman Cousins said, ?Laughter is the best medicine?.

Learn to take yourself less seriously.

Practice Gratitude ? giving thanks for what you have. Gratitude is perhaps the highest level of emotion, and acts as a magnet in attracting more of which you are grateful into your life.

Find Balance. As Robert Fulghum wrote ?Live a balanced life? learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing anddance and play and work every day some.?

Questions to Ponder

How would I know if I was ?enjoying the ride?When do I feel most carefree?

What ?things? am I grateful for in my life?

What ?people? am I grateful for in my life?

What accomplishments am I grateful for being able to fulfill?

Having balance in my life means?.?
