I was a painter for twenty plus years, biding my time and knowing that there was something better. How did I know? Because I was painting the homes of rich people.
Huge houses with swimming pools, sports cars, backyards that went on forever...
And here I was painting them. "What's wrong with this picture?" I kept thinking to myself. Until gradually I came to a realization that my life could be better. A LOT better.
So I learned everything I could about Internet marketing and, after making just about every mistake in the book, trying and failing countless times, I discovered the perfect formula for success.
But without Persistence, it never would have happened. I'd still be painting those houses today, still thinking "if only..." or "maybe in another life I'll have what I really want...".
It's like in one of my favorite movies, Rocky. Rocky was a down and out fighter until one day, late in his career he got his big break. He made the most of it, working harder than he'd ever worked, training, and persisting against all odds. Well you probably know how that turned out.
